kul9 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kul9 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). kul9 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and kul9. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the kul9 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 3.Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on the kul9 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. kul9 may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify kul9 support immediately at [email protected]. kul9 will not be held liable for losses arising from failure to protect your credentials.

• Account holders must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• kul9 reserves the right to close or restrict any account at its discretion if it determines the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Players must not use automated scripts, bots, or any software to interact with the Platform in a way that circumvents the normal user experience or gains an unfair advantage.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

kul9 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed instantly where technically possible. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and may be updated without prior notice.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable terms. kul9 processes approved withdrawals promptly, typically within the same business day. In cases where additional checks are required, processing may take longer. kul9 reserves the right to request further documentation before releasing funds.

• All deposit and withdrawal transactions must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• kul9 will not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kul9 accepts no liability.
• Any funds identified as having been deposited through fraudulent means will be confiscated and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
• kul9 complies with anti-money laundering obligations. Unusually large or structured transactions may be subject to enhanced scrutiny and reporting requirements.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

kul9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses must be activated within the promotional period stated for each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• kul9 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus offer at any time. Where kul9 reasonably suspects misuse, collusion, or abuse of any bonus or promotional offer, it may void the relevant bonus and recover any winnings derived from it.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the kul9 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, as published on the Platform at the time of play. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

kul9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. For live dealer games, results are determined in real time by physical game elements under controlled studio conditions. kul9 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out facility and the Player exercises it within the available window.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface and are subject to change.
• In the event of technical malfunction, system errors, or interrupted connectivity during an active game session, kul9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Bets voided due to technical reasons will be refunded in full to the Player's account balance.

7.Responsible Gaming

kul9 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated tools, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses in bad faith.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of documentation that is found to be forged, altered, or otherwise invalid.
• Any activity that kul9 reasonably believes may expose it to legal liability, regulatory scrutiny, reputational harm, or that is otherwise contrary to applicable law.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kul9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if kul9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kul9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

10.Privacy and Data Protection

kul9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described therein. kul9 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your data. 11.Amendments to These Terms

kul9 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
